Test Results
The following information is from independent testing conducted by a major manufacturer.  Testing was done in Las Vegas, NV in a slow moving application that provided intense heat conditions for the brakes, wheels and tires.  Testing was done on separate wheel ends of the same axle, with DrumTurbines being placed on the right or curb side wheel end (traditionally this wheel end runs hotter than the driver's side).  Temperatures were continuously monitored on the wheel using an attached thermocouple device.  High temperatures are marked in red, the average for the day is highlighted in blue.
